Teamwork is especially essential in our Ceramics Workshop.

Each artist within the department plays an important role in the production of an item as every item goes through several hands before it reaches completion. The artisans in this workshop are each trained in a particular stage of the production process that is catered to their skills and abilities, including: sculpting, smoothing, operating the kilns, painting, and packaging.
